Holy Trinity Day
The first Sunday after Pentecost is Holy Trinity Day. In England, the celebrations were initiated by Thomas a Becket, who was consecrated on that very day.
W XIX w. on the Monday following Trinity Day, parishioners attended a solemn procession. Then they went around the local houses and collected donations for godly causes. By the way, they took care of themselves Southern fruit wine.
