Ash Wednesday
First day of Lent, in which, as a sign of penance, the faithful sprinkle ashes on their heads. On that day, peas and bacon were eaten in Protestant countries, which was to ensure abundance throughout the year.
Admittedly, some people do not believe in drinking wine on this day, but bitterness grapefruit wine probably will not let them forget about the fast.
