BETWEEN US INDIANS
Among Us Indians is a workshop devoted to the Indians of South and Central America. The children find out if the Indians of different tribes look the same or maybe they differ from each other. The little ones get to know the customs of the Indians, where they live, where they sleep, what they eat, what they play and how they dress. They can try on their outfits themselves, poncha, hats, Indian necklaces and also play Indian instruments. During the workshops, children touch dozens of items used by the Indians for everyday use, they also learn what a totem is, yerba mate and what to do to become an Indian chief. Together with the kids, we dance to music, learning Indian dance and at the end of the workshop, each brave participant receives an Indian stamp.
