Tynwald festival (5 July)

Tynwald, otherwise, the House of Keys, is the name of the parliament on the Isle of Man, which was created in 938 year. It is one of the smallest parliaments in the world, for it only consists of 24 members. During the celebrations, newly introduced laws are proclaimed, accompanied by three ceremonial toasts to the Queen and the United Kingdom.
