IN THE LAND OF VOLCANOES
During the workshop In the land of volcanoes, children go with us on a journey into the interior of the earth to see its core and learn how hot it is and how the hot mass from the interior of the earth gets out in the form of a volcano. Thanks to the model of the volcanic cone, children can see smoke coming out of the volcano, and thanks to two experiments with an erupting volcano and pouring lava, they can understand how dangerous volcanic eruptions can be. Children touch and compare rocks from over a dozen different volcanoes from around the world, as well as the weight of lava and volcanic bomb. Preschoolers can dip their toes in the mud of a Colombian volcano and see people bathing in such mud in the photo.
